Which type of membership suits your company?
Starting in 2025, InterForce will offer two types of membership: companies can either become member companies or supporting companies.

Member companies
As a member company, you are encouraged to show flexibility toward employees who serve as reservists or volunteers in the Armed Forces, the Home Guard, the Emergency Management Agency, or the Coastal Rescue Service when they request leave for training, exercises, deployments, or possible participation in international missions.
However, being a member company is legally and financially non-binding.
Approximately 3,000 companies are currently members of InterForce. Click here to see the full list.

Supporting Company
This new membership type was introduced as a pilot project in 2023–2024 with eight major Danish companies as Founding Partners. These eight companies are Danske Bank, Danfoss, DSB, NetCompany, Salling Group, Carlsberg, Novo Nordisk, and A.P. Møller – Mærsk.
As a supporting company, you commit to granting your employees at least five paid days off per year to serve in uniform. This right is to be included in the company’s employee handbook or HR guidelines.
If you are interested in becoming a supporting company, please contact InterForce at interforce@interforce.dkand write “Att: Støttevirksomhed” in the subject line. We will then arrange a meeting where you can learn more about the opportunities.
Please note that, for now, public sector organizations are not eligible for this type of membership due to the lack of legal authority.
Regardless of which membership type you choose, we warmly welcome all companies to InterForce, so that together we can support the security of the Danish Realm.
